What happens after you contact us
When you call or send an enquiry, we start by understanding what you need. Are pigeons using your balcony, do you need to protect children from a fall, would you like a cleaner alternative to iron grills, or are you short of drying space? A few quick questions help us prepare for the visit.
We then agree a time to visit. During the visit we measure the space, look at the walls, ceiling and railings, and explain the options. You will see what each option looks like, what materials it uses and roughly what affects the price. Afterwards we send a written quote that lists the scope, materials and cost.
If you go ahead, we schedule the installation at a time that suits you. We work neatly, protect the area around the job and finish with a tension test and a short care guide.

- The type of space: balcony, window, duct area, building or ceiling.
- The approximate size or the number of openings.
- Any concerns, such as young children, pets or a pigeon nest.
- A photo of the space, if you can send one on WhatsApp.
