These terms are a plain-language template. Please have them reviewed for your business before relying on them as legal advice.
About this website
This website is operated by Avian Safety Nets & Invisible Grills in Chennai. The information on it is general and is provided to help you understand our services. It is not a binding offer.
Site visits and quotes
Site visits and written quotes are free. A quote is based on the measurements and conditions we see at the visit, and it lists the scope, materials and price. If the scope changes, the price may change, and we will tell you before doing extra work.
Installation
We install to the agreed scope. You agree to give access to the work area, to tell us about anything hidden that may affect the work, such as concealed wiring or pipes, and to obtain any permission needed from your landlord or apartment association.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. This website does not take payments online.
Warranty and after-care
Ask us for the warranty terms that apply to your job when you request a quote. Regular care, as described in our guidance, helps installations last. Damage from misuse, overloading or changes made by others may not be covered.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a visit or an installation, please tell us as early as possible. Any charges that apply to your job will be explained in your written quote.
Safety
Nets and grills reduce risk but do not replace supervision. Never leave young children alone on a balcony, and do not use nets or grills to carry loads.
Website content
Photos and text on this website belong to Avian Safety Nets & Invisible Grills unless stated otherwise. Sample reviews are placeholders and are clearly marked as such.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
